We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers: we share the information necessary for cloud hosting, payments, customer support and analytics.
• Data providers: we share the minimum information required for compliance under exchange or quote vendor rules.
• Legal requirements: to respond to lawful requests from courts, law enforcement or regulators.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale.

Information may be stored on servers outside your location. For cross-border transfers, we will use standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms to provide appropriate safeguards.

We use TLS, password hashing, access controls and security audits, but cannot guarantee that internet transmission or storage is absolutely secure.

To the extent provided by applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

TodayChart is not directed to minors under 18 or below the minimum age in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
