We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of TodayChart after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically; reloading the page gives you the current version.

TodayChart covers US equities, Hong Kong equities and US futures markets, offering information display features such as quotes, charting, Chan Theory AI structure recognition, featured rankings and technical indicators. All charts, signals, alerts, rankings, buy/sell point annotations and other content are algorithmic analysis results based on public market data, provided only to assist your own research, and should not be understood as a recommendation of any specific security or trade.

Account opening, order placement, execution, clearing and custody of funds for securities and futures are all carried out by the regulated, licensed broker or futures commission merchant of your choosing, and are unrelated to TodayChart. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

Quotes and market data may come from exchanges, quote vendors and other third-party data providers, including NYSE, Nasdaq, CME, HKEX and their authorized distributors. All rights in such data belong to the data providers.

• Unless expressly labeled as real-time, the quotes shown may be delayed.
• Your use is subject to the applicable data provider's terms of service, subscription agreements and exchange rules.
• Data providers make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data.

Rights in TodayChart and in the information, software, charts, algorithms, trademarks and content made available through the Service belong to us, our affiliates or the data providers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business display purposes only.

Without written consent, you may not use the data for automated trading, automated order placement, price referencing, order validation, algorithmic decision-making, smart order routing or other machine processes not directly read by a human; you may not copy, sublicense, sell, rent or distribute the data or content.

Provided clear and visible attribution to TodayChart is retained, you may use chart screenshots in analyses, news, articles, blogs, books, teaching and videos. Where attribution cannot be displayed directly, you should include the text "Charts provided by TodayChart".

Some features are available only to registered users. You must have reached the legal age to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction and provide true, accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription in your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• TodayChart is a digital service; once purchased and activated, it is generally non-refundable. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law are unaffected.
• If an annual plan fails to renew, it may be converted to a monthly plan; unpaid overdue subscriptions will be deactivated.

You must ensure that content you publish is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. You may not publish content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, market-manipulating or intended to induce others to trade, nor engage in unauthorized solicitation.

The Service may contain third-party links or advertising. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply our endorsement of their content or services; any dealings between you and third parties are your own responsibility.

The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, nor as to the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness or uninterrupted availability of the information.

Buying, selling, holding or trading financial products involves risk and may result in the loss of your entire principal. Any decision should be based on your own judgment and, where necessary, advice from a qualified licensed professional.

Backtested, simulated or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and cannot fully reflect the impact of liquidity, slippage and emotion on live trading. Past or hypothetical performance does not indicate future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. We may also restrict, suspend or terminate access for reasons such as breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, service changes, technical or security issues, prolonged inactivity or suspected fraud.

The Service may include third-party software provided under their own licenses. Your use of third-party software is governed by its own terms and privacy statements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place of incorporation of HK Xinmei Software Limited. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitral institution agreed in accordance with law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement, Cookie Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect; you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent.
